However, some users have been complaining about issues with their Razer Kraken. The volume levels are too low and there are barely able to hear footsteps in-game. So, if you’re in a similar situation then here are a few fixes that might resolve your problem.
How to Fix Razer Kraken Volume Too Low?
- Check Volume Control
The majority of the time users are not aware that there are 2 volume control systems. One button is on the wire attached to the headset while the other one is on the USB dongle. Users only max out the volume on one control while the other button is set to only 50 percent output. This is the main reason why you’re not able to get your Razer Kraken to work properly.

- Uninstall Synapse

- Use Volume Booster
If you’re sure that the headset is working on maximum output but the sound is still too low for you then you can install 3rd party booster to increase the max volume output from your headset. However, doing this will reduce the sound quality and there is a low chance that your headset can get damaged after doing this.
