World bosses can be quite fun to play against in an MMO. A party of around 10 to 25 players is required to take down a world boss effectively. There are several achievements and unique drops you can get your hands on by defeating the world boss.
However, facing one alone can be quite challenging if you do not have overpowered gear. If you remember the mechanics and special attacks then dealing with them can become quite easy.
WoW Megaera Not Spawning
Megaera is the 5th boss in the raid throne of the thunder. It can prove to be quite a hassle to deal with Megaera if you do not have the proper gear. Make sure you are fully equipped before challenging this boss. Some players are having issues with this boss not spawning. Here are a few fixes you can follow to solve this bug.
1. Ring the bellsÂ
To spawn Megaera, you have to ring 3 bells otherwise it won’t spawn. The bells are located around the three corners of the map. You just need to right-click the bells to ring them and you will feel the ground shaking after you ring each bell.
When you are done will all 3 bells you will hear the dialogue and Megaera will spawn near the lake. It might seem quite complex to deal with it at first but just keep your focus on healing and DPS and evading special attacks.
2. Destroy the Guardians
If Megaera is not spawning for you then you need to make sure that you have killed all the 3 guardians which are protecting the bells. Ignoring them might cause the boss to bug out so make sure to clear the first before ringing each bell. After doing that you should probably see the three heads appearing from the lake, The frozen head, The flaming head, and the venomous head.
3. Reset the raid
If you have tried killing the guardians and ringing all three bells and Megaera is still not spawning then it is most likely that your raid is bugged. You need to reset the raid or try exiting the raid changing realm and starting the raid again. Hopefully, this time after you go through the spawning process you will have no issue in getting Megaera to spawn.
4. Open a ticket
If this still doesn’t fix the issue for you then you need to get into contact with the developers and make them aware of this issue that you’re facing. Even after restarting the game, the issue remains then it means there is some issue with your WoW account. Blizzard support is readily available to help its customer with any issues they face.
Following all these fixes will most probably solve the bug of Megaera not spawning WoW. The most common mistake players were doing was that they weren’t ringing the bell and just waiting for the boss to spawn lakeside.
