  1. I have gone through four of these headsets. I love them that is why I keep going back. Each time it has been a faulty ON/OFF switch. What happens is the headset will power on usually very quiet but a tiny touch or wiggle will either make sound go off and headset is still connected to the computer, the sound will go loud in one ear piece and not the other, be super quiet in both ear pieces. Since my headsets are out of the warranty date it is usually cheaper for me to just buy another headset. I still have all the headsets laying around and will one day see if I can purchase new switches from a dealer and fix them myself.
