Virtues is a crucial system in Lost Ark whose purpose isn’t immediately clear to new players. Virtues, also known as Virtue Points, function similarly to the reputation systems seen in games like World of Warcraft by allowing players to improve their standing in certain social circles. In Lost Ark, your reputation and level of expertise in certain virtues take the place of your standing amongst a specific group of individuals.
Wisdom, bravery, charisma, and kindness are the four virtues you may develop in Lost Ark. Some NPCs in the game, particularly those with whom you may develop a rapport via the Rapport system, need a certain amount of Virtue points before you can interact with them or unlock special tasks. This guide will help you get past that you do not meet the virtue requirement in Lost ark.
How to Fix You Do Not Meet the Virtue Requirement Lost ARK?
- Use XP Seeds
There are three types of XP Seeds that you can obtain, and each type has a different effect. Time-based seeds will only produce one kind of result, so players are better off with regular seeds if they want more than one reward. Regular seeds will give you double the standard number of points per kill, as well as some other boons depending on the specific plant.
At last, Hardened Seeds offer the best reward – high EXP gain and an extra skill level per use. These plants provide random rewards from a pool of bonus items including stat point boosts and materials. The higher your rank is, the more options you’ll have when it comes to what your seed will produce for you.
- Don’t Ignore Skill Books
Skill books are often found all over the environment. Just like loot, skill books can drop from enemies or be found on different tables throughout the world. While they can also be bought from merchants, getting them on your own is half the fun. Skill books increase your character’s stats or unlock new abilities for you to use in combat. They’re extremely important and should never be ignored.
- Don’t Be Greedy
The game has a wide variety of items that can be collected including gold coins, gems, and lost ark fragments. For beginners it might seem tempting to collect everything they see but this will lead to more work than necessary as players will have an excess of inventory space while still needing more materials and money later on in the game.
- When Crafting Weapons, Avoid Levels One and Four
Most of the weapons that require crafting have level one and four options. Since these are at the very bottom of the crafting tree, they will cost a lot less experience points, but they also offer less bonuses. Even though you’re saving a lot of experience points with level one and four crafting, it might not be worth your time because you’ll end up with an inferior weapon.
- Craft All Accessories For Additional Strength, Dexterity and Health Points
Crafting accessories for your character is an excellent way of getting even more attributes points. Craft as many as you can for additional Strength, Dexterity and Health points. The more you craft, the higher the chance of succeeding and having even more attribute points. With each failure you lose a little bit of those precious Strength, Dexterity and Health points from crafting. It’s worth it!
- Unlock as Many Achievements as Possible
One of the easiest ways to avoid virtue requirements error is by unlocking achievements. This might sound daunting, but there are plenty of people who are willing to help you out if you ask. In fact, that’s why I made this post. To give back to the community and share my tips on unlocking achievements!
- Hang out with NPCs (they’ll often ask for your company).
- Don’t let an achievement put you off. If you’re playing through a quest or something, even if it doesn’t seem like it will count towards anything- stop and think about it for a minute. There may be a way that it does count.
- Don’t fret about having to replay sections of the game over again just because they’re achievements.
