Basically, any place related to Roblox should be able to provide you an answer for whether or not Roblox is down or not.

Alternatively, you can use a third-party site through your browser which should also be able to tell you whether or not there is an issue with the Roblox servers. If the issue is with Roblox itself, you’ll just have to wait it out and hope that the Roblox catalog starts working again soon. But if the Roblox catalog is working fine for everyone except for you, here are some solutions.

2. Use Less/More Tags

There is a known issue with the Roblox catalog where it doesn’t show any results at all when players use multiple different tags at once in order to find a specific item. It is recommended that you try searching with only a single tag in order to see whether or not you get results. Alternatively, you could also try using highly specific tags to find one item in particular.

3. Disable Plugins and Add-Ons

There’s a possibility that the catalog isn’t working because there is a website issue in general. These are mainly caused by plugins and add-ons that users have installed for their browsers. They are known for causing problems with the entire site or with some specific pages of the Roblox site. Even if the rest of the Roblox website is working properly but the catalog isn’t it is still a strong possibility that the issue is being caused by a plugin.

That being said, you should try to access the Roblox catalog again after disabling all of these plugins and add-ons that you have installed for your browser. It should now be working properly and you should be able to browser as well as buy anything that you want.
