Though if that is the case, then follow these steps to troubleshoot the Logitech G Hub:
- Start with uninstalling Logitech G Hub from your computer.
- Ensure that you don’t have any G Hub processes running in the background through Task Manager.
- Make your way to C:\Program Files\ and delete the LGHUB folder.
- Navigate to C:\Program Data\ and delete the LGHUB folder.
- Now, go to C:\Users\<Your_Username>\AppData\Local and delete the LGHUB folder.
- Go back once and then move to Roaming folder. You should find another LGHUB folder. Delete it as well.
- Now, you will have to delete the following registry key:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
- Once you have successfully removed the key, simply reboot your PC.
- As soon as your PC reboots, you can now download and install the latest version of G Hub.
You should now be able to configure your mouse through the software.
2. Running G Hub as Administrator
There’s also the chance that you aren’t running the program as an admin which might be causing issues. To run the program as an admin, simply right click on its icon and choose “Run this program as an admin.”
You can also set the G Hub to always run with admin privileges by going to its properties. Right under the compatibility tab, there should be an option that states to always run the program as an admin. Simply select the option and apply the changes.
