- Update Your Drivers

- Expand Display adapters and right click on your GPU
- Click Update driver software…
- Select Search automatically for updated driver software -If an update is found then follow prompts to download and install it

If your mouse drivers are outdated, or you have never updated them at all, this could be a cause for why you can’t move the game window with your cursor in League of Legends.
To check which drivers you have installed, right-click on your desktop and select Device Manager. From there, scroll down until you see Mouse and make sure that it is pointing to a brand name like Microsoft or something similar.
If it isn’t, update the driver by going into Device Manager (right click) > Update Driver > Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software > Next > Yes when prompted > Next again > The software.
- Verify Integrity Of Game Files
To start, open up your League of Legends game folder by going to My Computer > Local Disk (C:) and then navigating through the folders until you find a folder called RADS.
Inside this folder will be another one called LoL, which is what you’re looking for. Right-click on it and select Verify Integrity.
It might take some time, but don’t worry, it’s normal and necessary if you’re experiencing these issues. Once that’s done, restart your computer before trying again.
- Change In-Game Settings
If you’re unable to move the screen in League of Legends with your mouse, follow these steps:

- Reinstall League of Legends
To solve this problem, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the game. First, close out any programs that might be running in background and press on Windows key + R on your keyboard to bring up Run prompt. Type appwiz without quotes into this prompt and hit enter.
A list of programs will appear on your screen; locate Riot Games from this list and select Uninstall/Change from the drop-down menu located below it.
