- Restart System
This is a great first troubleshooting step, but be sure to wait for the system to fully restart. Sometimes it takes about 10 minutes for the system to complete restarting. - Restart Device/Platform
If you have restarted your device and still cannot access the game, then it may be an issue with your firmware.
