Old School RuneScape, usually called OSRS, is the official old version of RuneScape and ranks among the biggest free played MMORPGs in the world. The game is based on the release of 2007 and ran under the careful team of developers. In OSRS the stats matter for every activity of the player, whether in combat, doing missions or fighting bosses.

The tab for stats, or simply Stats tab, sits in the upper left part of the interface. It shows all levels of the skills of the player. Skills form a key part of the player, that one can improve during the game.

One trains them by means of repeated actions, that build experience in that particular skill, until enough experience is gained to reach the next grade.

In the community of OSRS, the tracking of stats is really popular. Templeosrs is a website, that follows the stats of Old School RuneScape and the record pages. It checks the record page of the player and keeps current stats.

There are also free tools for tracking of OSRS stats, that allow players to check other players, reached diaries, rare gains, pets and milestones automatically by means of the RuneLite extras. The automatic tracking includes experience, skills, levels, kills and gains.

Some programs count extra stats, for example the combat level, derived from Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints, Ranged, Prayer and Magic. They show also the whole experience across all skills, the experience needed for the next level for every skill and ratings of EHP based on chosen input of experience each hour. There are calculations for 99-levels and 200M-skills, big differences about upper positions and sorted leagues about kills of bosses.

Stats of the community store typical levels of skills, leagues of players and tracking of achievements. There is even a calculator for fight and stats, that lets players import their data by means of username. The highest total level in Old School RuneScape reaches 2277.

Having a base level of 80 in stats opens access to almost every content of PvM and almost everything in the game. Levels of 90 in fight ease the enjoyment of bosses. Around 70 in fight stats works as a base for end missions.

A good plan is to follow an ideal guide for missions and level stats according to the needed demands for those missions. Like this one gets more experience and tough prizes, like the Barrows-Gloves. Later, one commonly goes through Achievement Diaries or raises everything to 50, then 60, then 70.

On Steam, Old School RuneScape reached an all-time record of 6 151 players playing at once on February 25th 2021. The game offers 20 achievements on Steam. It appeared here on February 22nd 2013, and labels itself as free game, MMORPG, nostalgia andold school, among other tags.
