There are a few things you can do to get your Halo Infinite bookmarks functioning again if you find that you are unable to load them at any point while playing the game. Please be aware that even though we have every reason to think that the following recommendations will be successful, we have not been able to put all of them through their paces here at HaloVIP and hence cannot promise that they will be.

How to Fix Halo Infinite Bookmarks Not Loading?
- Restart the Game
There are a few things you can attempt to address if you are having trouble with the bookmarks in Halo Infinite not loading properly, and one of those things is loading this sentence. To begin, try restarting the game to see if it resolves the issue. If it does not, you may try adjusting your graphics settings to make them higher or lower, and then restarting the game once you have done so. If this doesn’t work, you should check to see if there are problems with your network connection, and if there are, you should reset your network router. You could also check to make sure that you do not have any applications that are not related to the game interfering with its performance.
- Verify the Integrity Of Game Files
You can verify the integrity of your game files using the following steps:
- Double click on My Games in the Xbox home menu
- Select Games & Apps from the menu that pops up
- Select Games and then scroll down to find Halo Infinite
- Press X and you will be presented with a list of installed games.
- Select Halo Infinite and press A. This will bring up a screen with several options.
- Choose the option labeled Verify the Integrity of Game Files, then select Yes when prompted.
- The process may take some times, so please do not turn off your console until it is complete.
- Turn Off/On Your Firewall Settings.
If you are still experiencing issues, try turning off your firewall settings. This will allow the game to connect and receive updates. Here’s how: – Go to Control Panel (Windows 10) or go into Windows Firewall on older versions of Windows
- Click on Allow an app through Windows Firewall
- Locate Halo Infinite from the list of applications and click Allow another app… at the bottom of the page
- Checkmark Halo Infinite in the window that pops up and then click OK
- Close out of any open windows by clicking X at the top right corner of the screen
- Turn off/on your modem: Unplug power cord for a few seconds, wait 30 seconds and plug back in
- Reboot your computer. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete, select Task Manager and end all processes with a task name starting with services.
