Conan Exiles Attribute Calculator
Plan Strength, Agility, Vitality, Authority, Grit, Expertise, corruption split, armor weight, follower role, stamina, encumbrance, and survival combat output.
Core attributes

Corruption split
Corrupted points cannot exceed the matching attribute. The score models the HP and stamina tradeoff while giving combat or follower power back.

| Minor corruption | Small penalty to survival and stamina, with a modest combat or follower power return. | Melee or Authority builds that want corrupted perks without becoming fragile. | Watch snow, volcano, poison, and long boss fights. |
| Major corruption | Large tradeoff: the calculator boosts role output but heavily taxes HP and stamina comfort. | Sorcery-themed Strength, Vitality, or Authority setups with prepared healing. | Needs stronger food, potions, armor plan, and follower cover. |
| Maximum corruption | Highest role pressure bonus and highest survival penalty, modeled as a glass-cannon route. | Specialized PvP, roleplay, or follower-led builds that avoid extended trades. | Low mistake tolerance if armor weight and Grit are ignored. |
| Armor / Load State | Calculator Modifier | Best Attribute Support | Practical Signal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light armor under 50% load | Low stamina tax and best dodge comfort, but less mitigation in repeated trades. | Agility and Grit, with Vitality as a backup. | Best for bows, daggers, kiting, and duel timing. |
| Medium armor near 65% load | Balanced stamina and survival score with moderate encumbrance pressure. | Grit plus either Strength or Agility. | Best general-purpose dungeon and camp clearing setup. |
| Heavy armor over 70% load | High survival mitigation but heavier stamina and encumbrance penalties. | Vitality, Grit, and Expertise if carrying loot. | Best for purge defense, tanking, thrall support, and boss trades. |
| Resource haul over 85% load | Severe encumbrance strain unless Expertise is high enough to stabilize travel. | Expertise, Grit, and an Authority escort. | Best for harvest routes, siege hauling, and base rebuild runs. |
| Follower Role | Authority Weight | Combat Contribution | Survival Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| No follower | Authority adds little to output, so points should support weapon, stamina, or carry needs. | Player stats drive almost all combat score. | Higher personal Vitality and Grit recommended. |
| Fighter thrall | Authority improves partner pressure and keeps the player from needing every damage point. | Strong single-target support for camps, dungeons, and bosses. | Works well with tanky player armor and recovery supplies. |
| Archer thrall | Authority adds ranged cover value, especially for kiting or gathering builds. | Moderate output, safer spacing, less body blocking. | Good for Agility or Expertise routes. |
| Pet companion | Authority helps pet-led control builds, but pets need player protection in harder pressure. | Good disruption and theme value, lower precision than fighter thralls. | Vitality and Grit keep the handler alive while repositioning. |
| Two followers | High Authority investment gets the best calculator value when the selected role is commander. | Highest follower contribution and safest harvest escort score. | Player damage can drop if Strength or Agility is neglected. |
Strength Bruiser
High Strength, Vitality, and Grit push melee output and survival. Encumbrance can suffer without Expertise, especially in heavy armor.
Agility Skirmisher
Agility with Grit rewards light or medium armor, bow pressure, and dodge control. It needs Vitality if mistakes are common.
Authority Captain
Authority converts follower choice into combat value. Strong for thralls or pets, but weak if you select no active follower.
Expertise Nomad
Expertise stabilizes harvest and siege routes. The calculator expects lower direct damage unless Strength, Agility, or followers compensate.

In the game Conan Exives, every character build rely upon the interaction of the character attributes with the world within the game. For instance, a warrior class character may have high strength attributes, but will die during a purge if the warrior character dont have enough stamina to wear the armor and perform the blocking actions required to survive. Similarly, a ranger class character has high agility attributes, but will die if the ranger character does not have enough vitality to survive patches of poison in the game world.
Thus, each of these character attributes is important to ensure that players do not make mistakes within the game; mistakes in attribute selection are difficultly to calculate within the game’s combat scenarios. Each of the attributes have a maximum value of twenty points, and there are six different attributes to allocate points to. Strength increase melee and two handed damage, but does not increase agility or the movement of the player while transporting siege materials.
How to Use the Attribute Calculator in Conan Exiles
Agility increases the damage of ranged weapons, but decreases if the character wear heavy armor. Vitality increases the characters health value, and is important in surviving increased level of corruption or temperature changes within the game. Authority increases the performance of thralls and pets, which is an important attribute for players who wish to use two followers instead of just one follower for there travels.
The calculator tool permits players to input their level, armor weight, the role of their followers, and the percentage of their load to calculate their attributes. The calculator outputs four values: the character’s combat output, stamina control, encumbrance safety, and survival index. The combat output value indicates the damage that the player can deal with their attacks.
The stamina control value indicates the stamina management of the character. The encumbrance safety value calculates if the character can transport heavy items. Finally, the survival index determine if the player and character can survive environmental dangers within the game.
These values help the player to understand whether their character build is strong or weak. The corruption value of the character impact their attributes. Points can be moved into the corrupted aspects of strength, vitality, authority, and grit.
Corruption increases an attribute’s power, but also reduce the health and stamina of the player. The corruption calculator determines the amount of corruption the player wishes to use; a small amount of corruption may increase damage, but a large amount will require the player to use more food and healing potions to restore there health. Armor weight impacts the attributes and stamina of the character.
Light armor allows the player to recover their stamina quickly, and is recommended for characters with high agility. However, light armor does not offer much protection in a purge wave. Heavy armor offer more protection from damage in a purge wave, but costs more stamina and increases the players encumbrance.
The attribute calculator calculates these effects for the player. Additionally, the calculator can determine whether the player should move their attributes from strength to grit to improve their survival index, or if such a change will not help the player within the game. Many players makes mistakes within the game.
For instance, focusing on increasing strength and vitality to create a tanky character often leads players to fail to allocate expertise and grit attributes, which protect the player from encumbrance and stamina depletion. Another common mistake is selecting agility for the player while choosing to wear heavy armor; this will reduce the player’s stamina value. The environment also has an impact upon the player’s attributes.
For example, characters who travel to volcanic environments require higher values of vitality to ensure that the character can survive increased corrosion of their character’s health. Jungle environments reward characters with high values of grit and vitality, as these players can survive the required breaks between combatant encounters within the jungle areas. Dungeons often require high stamina to allow players to fight multiple dungeons without resting.
The attribute calculator reflects each of these environmental factors. While building a character within Conan Exives, players do not need to obtain the highest possible scores within each attribute. For instance, a player who intends to perform farming and harvest will sacrifice their combat output value to gain high expertise and grit stats to allow them to move under heavy encumbrance.
Similarly, those who wish to defend against purge waves will sacrifice their stamina value to gain high vitality and armor stats to protect themselves while their thralls fight alongside them. Thus, the attribute calculator allow the player to understand these trade-offs before entering into a combat fight with the game’s enemies.
