⚔ WoW Classic Experience Calculator
Estimate XP remaining, mob kills, quest turn-ins, rested gains, group penalties, and session time from level 1 to 60.
1. XP Remaining
sum(level XP) - current XPAdds every Classic level requirement between your current level and target, then subtracts XP already earned in the current bar.
2. Kill XP
mob XP x color x rest x groupStarts with Classic same-level mob XP, applies level-gap color scaling, then modifies for rested coverage, mob type, and party size.
3. Quest XP
quest XP x quest color x turn-insQuest rewards are reduced when the quest is far below your level and are not doubled by rested experience.
4. Time To Ding
XP remaining / net XP per hourCombines kill XP, quest XP, global bonuses, and travel/death downtime to estimate hours and sessions.
Quest Route
Batch turn-ins and hub density will appear after calculating.
Open Grind
Kill density, rested coverage, and mob color drive this route.
Dungeon Spam
Best when elite packs and low travel time offset party splitting.
Hardcore Safe
Conservative mobs trade speed for lower death and runback risk.

The calculator is an tool you can use to plan your leveling in Classic WoW. Leveling in Classic WoW involve several decisions such as mob level, quest levels, and rested XP. If you make bad decisions about mob levels and quest levels, you will find it difficultly to level.
By making bad decisions about quest levels and mob levels, you will spend much of your time running to the corpses of mob you killed. This calculator will show you the mathematical outcome of your choices about leveling, which will allow you to avoid the mistake mentioned above. The calculator require several different input to calculate your XP per hour.
How the Classic WoW Leveling Calculator Works
The mob offset allow you to insert the difference between your level and the mobs levels. If you fight mobs of the yellow color, you will receive the full value of the XP. However, if you fight mobs of green color, you will receive less XP value.
By setting your mob offset to your current level, you will receive the best XP per kill. However, you will only benefit from this choice if the mobs is easy to find. The rested percentage only double the XP you receive from the mobs you kill.
Therefore, if you complete many quest per hour, you will gain less benefit from rested XP. This is true for both solo and grouping player. The quest delta and average quest XP are two field that are very important in the calculator.
The value of quests wane the more levels you are above the quests. If you select a quest that is many level beneath your level, the value of the quest diminish significantly. The average quest XP allow you to see whether the quests in your zone are providing you with enough XP for real progress.
This parameter allow you to see whether your XP from quests is sufficient or not. Group size and mob type affect your result from leveling. Using a group of five people will split the XP from mobs among the five group member.
However, it will save you time by reducing the amount of time you spend traveling. The calculator can apply the Classic group bonus and the XP split so that you can see whether playing in a group is faster than solo play. Dungeon elite offer more XP than regular mobs.
However, they are only good for group that can beat the dungeon without long resets. The downtime parameter allow you to insert the amount of time you spend on activities other than leveling. This include time spent running, drinking, and after dying in a raid.
The route comparison allow you to see how different leveling style compare with your defined parameter. There are four leveling style in the route comparison: quest-heavy, grind-heavy, dungeon, and conservative paths. This route comparison will not tell you which is the best leveling style in terms of XP per hour.
However, it will allow you to see which leveling path best match your preference. For instance, if you want to avoid dying in games, you will find that the safe route will have a better score. Similarly, if you have rested XP from your real-time play, the grind route or dungeon route will have a more higher score than other routes.
People often misunderstand rested XP. When you play WoW, rested XP only affect the XP you gain from killing mobs, not from quests. The calculator separate the XP you earn from quests from the XP you gain from kills.
It also calculate the global multiplier that will affect your leveling in real-time. The reference table include information that will allow you to make better choice in the leveling calculator. The quest XP by level band will allow you to see if the quests you play give you a good XP value.
The mob color table will allow you to see why fighting orange mobs may be difficult for you. If you feel that your leveling is slow, you may be playing old quests and fighting low-level mob. The calculator can show you the cost of these choice.
Once you understand how many XP you earn from leveling in Classic WoW, your leveling choice will be based off math rather than guess.
