🎯 Genshin Stat Calculator
Plan crit ratio, ER comfort, EM scaling, and reaction output before you lock artifacts.
| Role | Crit | ER | EM note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main DPS | 70/160+ | 120-140% | 100+ if reaction |
| Sub DPS | 65/150+ | 140-170% | 120-250 |
| Support | 45/100+ | 170-220% | 200+ reaction |
| Healer | 35/90+ | 170-220% | EM optional |
Use these as baseline bands, then adjust by team particle flow and rotation length.
| Reaction | Base | EM scale | Use |
|---|---|---|---|
| None | 1.00x | Low | Freeze or geo |
| Vaporize | 1.50x | High | Pyro hydro |
| Melt | 2.00x | High | Cryo pyro |
| Aggravate | 1.15x | Mid | Quicken electro |
| Spread | 1.25x | Mid | Quicken dendro |
| Hyperbloom | 1.30x | High | Trigger teams |
EM gains are steep at low values and flatten at high values.
| Burst cost | Quick swap ER | On-field ER | Planning note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | 120-140% | 110-130% | Low pressure loop |
| 60 | 140-170% | 130-155% | Common team band |
| 70 | 160-195% | 145-180% | Needs better funnels |
| 80 | 175-220% | 160-205% | ER sands often needed |
If rotations fail, increase ER before shifting into more crit damage rolls.
| Tier | Crit Rate | Crit DMG | Expected mult |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 50% | 100% | 1.50x |
| Stable | 60% | 120% | 1.72x |
| Strong | 70% | 160% | 2.12x |
| High roll | 80% | 200% | 2.60x |
Overcapping Crit Rate wastes value. Move overflow into Crit DMG, ER, or EM for better total output.
In order to optimize the character statistics, it is important to understand how each of the character’s statistics interact with each other. Each of the statistics provide a different type of damage to the enemies. While it may seem appealing to focus on one statistic to maximize the damage that a character can deal, the player must balance each characters statistics to maximize their damage.
For example, character statistics includes critical rate, critical damage, energy recharge, elemental mastery, attack percentage, flat attack, and many others. Critical rate and critical damage work together to determine how often a character deals with additional damage to the enemies, as well as the amount of that additional damage that is dealt. A player should aim for a certain ratio between critical rate and critical damage, such as when critical damage is double than the value of critical rate.
Balance Your Character’s Stats
If critical rate is too high relative to critical damage, a player may waste the potential additional damage that the increased critical rate can deal. However, if critical damage is too high relative to critical rate, the character will not have enough critical hit to utilize the power of critical damage. Thus, a player should balance critical rate and critical damage relative to each other.
Energy recharge determine how quickly a character can use their elemental burst attacks. A character cannot deal damage with elemental burst attacks unless the character has energy to utilize that attack. Therefore, if a player has low energy recharge, their character will not be able to use their elemental burst as often.
As a result, their damage will be lower. For instance, sub-dps characters may require 140 to 170 energy recharge, while support characters may require 200 energy recharge or more. Energy recharge should be prioritized for characters that cannot perform their attack rotation well, since high critical rate is useless if a character cannot perform their elemental burst.
Elemental mastery provides additional damage to elemental reactions. For instance, elemental mastery will provide additional damage to the vaporize reaction that occurs when a pyro attack hits a hydro application, as well as additional damage to the melt reaction that occurs when a cryo attack hits a pyro application. Elemental mastery provides large amount of damage when the player has low elemental mastery, but the additional damage that is dealt with elemental mastery decreases if the player has very high elemental mastery.
Thus, a player should balance elemental mastery according to the reactions that a character like and utilizes the most, to avoid diminishing returns on elemental mastery. In addition to elemental mastery, attack percentage and flat attack also contributes to the damage that a player deals with enemies. However, these attack statistics must also be balanced according to the other character statistics.
For instance, attack percentage will multiply the base attack of the character, while flat attack will add to the characters attack. However, both of these values must be balanced with critical rate, critical damage, and other attack statistics. Finally, it is also important to take into account the resistance that enemies have, as damage to enemies is reduced if the enemy possesses resistance towards the damage that is dealt.
Thus, it is beneficial for teams to include characters with resistances that reduce enemy resistance, which will allow the player’s attacks (and critical attacks) to deal more damage to the enemy. Finally, some mistake to avoid when building characters include ignoring energy recharge and focusing on critical statistics alone (which will lead to low damage dealt in long fights), ignoring the role for which the character is to be built (as healers should not focus on critical rate and damage, but main dps characters should), and ignoring the fact that gameplay tests is important for determining if a player’s energy recharge and critical statistics are providing steady damage during a full rotation of the character’s attacks. You should of checked your stat distribution to avoid these errors.
