Can Silver Play With Platinum In Apex Legends Ranked?
The answer to this question isn’t yes, nor is it no. That’s because there are certain factors that affect the situation. For example, Silvers and Plats can easily play together in quick match or some other modes. But, they shouldn’t be able to play together in a ranked match.
The game will usually stop Silver players from getting into a match with Plat players, and vice versa. That’s because it would be unfair for the Silver player to compete against Plats, as they’re a lot more superior in skill. Similarly, it would be too easy for the Plat to compete against Silvers as they’re not as good.
However, there are some bugs in the game that have been around since the first few seasons that allow Silvers and Plats to play together in ranked anyway. For example, Apex itself might put a Silver player in a Platinum match if they finished in the Plat tier during last season.
