Note: Here some bits of faithful information, taken from different websites about Doodle World.
Here the part where things become confusing, Doodle World is not simply one game. There is a version in Roblox with that title, and also an entirely other platform game with light RPG elements that first appeared on NES. Same names, but entirely different vibes.
Doodle World on Roblox and NES
The version in Roblox leads you to a mysterious island, that holds creatures called Doodles. Through it runs a real plot, full of unusual twists, and step after step one uncovers the secrets of the land. Many players are drawn to the chance to get and exchange thousands of different skins for Doodles.
Fights PvP by means of your Doodles also are very fun. Sometimes there are free codes, that give items to start your collection.
In the game you will find a book called Doodlepedia, that keeps track of every Doodle, that you met or caught. Those, that you do not have yet, show as shadows, what truly urges completionist hunters. Each Doodle receives its own entry in the index, and from your menu you can anytime see everything about it, whenever you want.
Now about Doodle World in Roblox… It commonly slips into the area of pay to win. Especially during PvP or when one tries moves in teh market of trades, sometimes you must choose between spending real money for gems or work for something, what seems to last forever.
Some Doodles arrive with weird special traits. For instance, one of them receives a defensive boost when it suffers an attack of water type. One Doodle already was the most mighty Doodle when it appeared, so it was so broken, that one banned it in ranked matches.
The community created a very strong built wiki with more than 2,100 pages, to that folks always add. There is a subreddit, where fans exchange stuff and discuss about things outside the game. You will find also the server of Doodle World Informational Centre in Discord, where one meets.
Updates and little fixes appear regularly. One update settled a bad problem with RAM, that caused crashes on less new devices. They turned the live bug-tracking on to help smooth the processes.
One added server messages, they announce things like the weekly event or whether now there is double reward hunting, although players can silence them in the settings if they want. The Irreversible Forest Maze also received a bit of Damage.
The version for NES? Entirely other creation. It is a classic platform game with light RPG elements, in that you lead a character called Doodle, that must save his world from the wicked King Eraser and his army of office tools as enemies.
It has 15 levels through 5 different areas. Nicely, it looks as if a hand-designed world on pages of a book, what well fits with the limits of the NES hardware. The deluxe version is awarded NES homebrew software, now available for PC, Nintendo Switch and Steam without knead of an emulator.
It includes a bonus called Doodle World Redrawn, thatstrengthens the trouble by means of more severe levels, enemies and bosses.
