📌 How Doom Works: Each time your hex is applied, it gains 1 Doom stack (up to 99). Each stack adds 1% Doom to the hex. At 99 stacks, the hex deals maximum Doom damage. The Doom effect scales the hex's damage/effect by its Doom percentage. Duration refresh resets the countdown but keeps stacks.

🧠 Pro Tip: Doom stacks do NOT reset when the hex duration refreshes — only when the hex is removed and re-applied to a new target or after expiry. Against bosses, invest in cast speed to hit 99 stacks quickly. For mapping, 50–66 stacks is usually sufficient before targets die.
⚠️ Important Limit: Doom of Mokhaiotl counts as a Hex. You can only have 1 Hex active on an enemy at a time (unless you have +1 Curse modifiers). Doom stacks are specific to each target and tracked individually.

Meeting mokhaiotl, known also as Bone-Ayak… You find a huge demonic chief similar to an insect, that appeared in Old School RuneScape as the first boss of doom in the game. It fell during the quest The Final Dawn and now rests in a deep cavity in the Ruins of mokhaiotl namely in a cave called Tonali Cavern, that rests under the Tlati Rainforest.
